I’ve been a bit quiet recently, but tonight, I’m back, baby!
My Author has had a bit of a torrid day at work, so to cheer him up, I got the band back together to rehearse a new (to us) song.
You remember my theory about how you know a great song if you can sing it to a completely different melody?
Okay, take the theme tune from Pinky And The Brain, and the chorus from Taylor Swift’s Shake It Off, then spend the next three hours singing it, loudly and repeatedly.
My Author is currently looking for a spoon to shove into his ear, so he can scoop out his brains, so… mission accomplished, I guess…😁
